Take Notes is a time-limited B-Tier standby motion for the Doctor, Emily Dyer. It was released in the Yesterday Package with the costume Yesterday and the accessory Oath.

As it is not a Limited Standby Motion, it can return to the Illusion Hall shop multiple times.
- It was originally available for purchase from December 13th to December 27th, 2018 during Season 3. At this time it was only available in Package - Yesterday.
- It returned for purchase individually in the Illusion Hall from July 17th to August 6th, 2025.
Behavior[]
When the Doctor has this Standby Motion equipped, she sits upright in her seat and stares straight ahead at the camera for a moment. She then swiftly takes a sheet of paper out from under the table and places it in front of her, before scribbling on it with the tip of her Syringe (In the Yesterday costume, her syringe is a silver pen with a blue gem on the end). After taking some notes, she stores the paper away below the table again.
Trivia[]
- While the Yesterday costume and Oath accessory included in the Yesterday Package have returned for purchase, the standby itself hasn't returned alongside them since, that was until june 16th 2025 when it was brought back to Illusion Hall
