Talia is a B-Tier Costume for the Coordinator, Martha Behamfil. It was introduced in Season 15 Essence 3 alongside the Chinese Server's Third Anniversary event, The Oath of the "Traitors".

Martha has fair skin and light brown hair curled into a neat ponytail. She has thin brown eyebrows and chocolate brown button eyes cross-stitched with white thread. She also wears dark red lipstick.
Outfit[]
Martha wears a fancy, ruffled white blouse with frilly cuffs, a white-and-pale-lavender pleated skirt, a lavender ribbon around her waist, dark grey tights, laced-up leather boots, and maroon gloves. A white hat with a lavender ribbon sits on her head.
