The shadows of dreams float in the sea, and the memories are surging. All the untimely ideals, struggles and pride are buried in the huge waves of reality and sink under the starry sky of Moonforge Island.
Chasing dreams in the night, arrows searching for navigation
After that fateful dusk, she slowly lost the ability to tell the difference between reality and nightmare. Her body lay in the wind as her consciousness drifted with the night sky. In her dazed state, she thought she heard the hum of a fleet rising from the clouds, calling her to set sail.
[S Costume] Archer - The Anachronic Vilulf, her long hair is tied up high into the most longed-for look in her memory, and the intertwined stars and moons hover on top of her hair, blurring the boundary between reality and dreams. The gorgeous dress woven with etiquette and rules will not restrain the rebelliousness in her heart, because she chooses to tear up her long skirt and saw off her high heels. The mental state of living a life of drunkenness and dreams distorts everything in front of her, and the bow and arrow that was once the most handy has also become the dragon bone in that nightmare, wandering with her in the melting starry night.
The waves are falling and the stars are sinking, and the story is sealed! How to let go of the past, and where will the future journey go?

Design Idea Plans
This season's essence mainly shows the Archer's spiritual world and what she saw and heard in the chaos. It used flashback narrative method, and the content recalled is the story of this essence. The story takes place on the Moonforge Island, which is based on the Faroe Islands. The island's school controls the discourse on the island is the school that studies time and space. While exploring time and space issues, the members of the school control the spirit and beliefs of the islanders and visitors. During years of discussion and experimentation, the school gradually split into the old school and the new school due to different ideologies. The two factions clashed many times, in the end, the old school declined and the new school took over. It was during this period that the Archer in the story landed on the island and consumed the hallucinogenic food provided by the new school.
The costumes of Mad Eyes, Axe Boy, Lucky Guy, Violinist, Explorer, and Clerk in the essence are the islanders in the Archer's memories and the images in her dreams. The first three are members of the old school or formerly members of the old school, and the last three are members of the new school. Their costumes have more or less factional symbols they represent. For example, the symbols of the old school is painted on the back of the Axe Boy, but because he had briefly joined the new school as a betrayer, he drew a cross on the old school symbol. In order to reflect the Archer's unstable mental state, the illusion of the dream scene, and her own resistance and fear of recalling these past event, these islanders' costumes have blurred or distorted facial features in design.
In terms of visual expression, in order to strengthen the dream atmosphere and to emphasize the hallucinations seen by Archer when she is mentally insane, we tried to use oil painting elements with strong styles and refer to the colors, patterns and brushstrokes in Van Gogh's paintings to highlight the frenzy sense under the theme.
The role played by the Composer's costume is different. This costume represented the remaining rationality of the Archer and the characteristics of her tribe, and he is a product of consciousness that does not exist in reality. It is precisely because he is an image that Archer actively thinks about, faces and accepts, unlike other islanders' costumes that have the mentality of avoiding memories, so the appearance of this costume is clearer than other costumes.
In addition, the memories are all in the "past tense". In reality, the characters played by these costumes have died. In other words, the Archer is the only living person in the entire essence, so only the Archer has a normal skin color. Other costumes have their own different characteristics of death, such as pale or bluish purple skin, black fingers, livor mortis, bullet penetration wounds designed as patterns on the chest,......
Finally, the character setting and costume naming of the Composer's and the Axe Boy's costumes are tricks from the perspective of the Archer. Reason and nature seem to be the two sides of the concrete Archer's consciousness, but in fact, the Axe Boy costume setting is a real character. But when the Archer escaped from the island with the "Nature of Good and Evil" and were discovered, the latter recognized that the person who came to rescue her had visited Moonforge Island and was associated with the school. In fear, he chose to hide his whereabouts and avoid being seen. Eventually, the Archer mistakenly regarded him as a personality that only existed in her own consciousness and was invisible to others, leading to tragedy.
Design Idea Sketch
[Oil Painting] As the main design element, it refers to the works of Impressionist master Van Gogh;
The character's base costume is a Polish Robu Title skirt. The hem of the skirt is torn into a short skirt that is easy to move by the Archer, which conveys the concept of the Archer's consciousness being loyal to instinct and bravely breaking through the shackles of ethics;
The color of the costume and the decorative patterns refer to the oil painting brushstrokes, and the material expression of the skirt emphasizes the flow in the original oil painting;
Accessories are expressed in the form of combining the strong decorative design of the Rococo period with oil painting brushstrokes;
The longbow uses the keel of the black pirate ship to design and the special effects of the starry sky oil painting are resident and surrounded by;
The first sketch conveys the overall concept in a relatively good manner, but adjustments need to be made in terms of specific clothing details;
Compared with the first sketch, the second sketch mainly adjusts the clothing design of the upper body. After optimization, the overall design is more in line with the background of the times, and the amount of details is optimized to better highlight the oil painting special effects of the hem;
In addition, this sketch also optimizes the proportion of the lower body, strengthens the normal special effects;
The final version optimizes the character hairstyle, while strengthening the flow of the oil painting special effects on the skirt, and enriching the heavy brushstroke accumulation texture of the oil painting in the normal special effects;

Showroom Interface Design
As the sharp arrow left the bow, the illusion that was as thick as oil color exploded in her eyes - the fleeing "flock of sheep", the falling "seagulls", the melting sparks... She was lost in this beautiful conquest in the polar night, and let her consciousness drown in the depths of the web woven by hallucinations.
She wanted to escape everything, but her remaining reason always pulled her back from the verge of sinking. But those undigested memories still gnawed at her consciousness endlessly like burning charcoal.
In-Game Display
The stars and the moon flowed along her dark blue skirt, and she seemed to have become a part of the painting; colorful spots of light scattered from the mechanism on her wrist, and even though her consciousness was not very clear, her archery skills did not regress at all.
