Costume

The Client is a Reoccurring Time-Limited B-Tier Costume for the Photographer, Joseph Desaulniers. It was introduced on the Golden Rose Theater Event on the Global Servers and Event Store for a limited amount of time from May 27th 2021 to June 17th 2021 on the Chinese Server.

Availability[]

As it is not a true Limited Costume (which are denoted by the "limited" tag found in the top right of certain card icons), it can return to the Event Store multiple times.

It was originally released from July 2nd to August 17th 2020 through the Golden Rose Theater event.
It was released 3 years later on Event Store from July 6th to July 23rd 2023.

Physical[]

His physical appearance remains the same, but his hair is dark blonde and eyes are blue.

Outfit[]

When equipped, Joseph wears a black tailcoat with a flowery pattern over black pants and shoes, a white collared shirt, and a green vest. A black bow tie is at his neck.

Trivia[]

This costume was released for the Global Server's Second Anniversary, and was released to the Chinese server on May 27th 2021, around a year after its release on Global Servers.
In the event, The Client (Also known as "D.M.") is a mysterious man with a personal interest in the Golden Rose Theater.
He had reserved the entire second floor on the night of Lady Bella's performance. According to Jingle Bells, The Client was skittish for an aristocrat, and didn't come downstairs before the accident.
He gave his various female companions Quivering Flower.
- "A reagent that's said to invigorate women's energy, making their eyes sparkle and their movement alluring. It's extracted from a certain plant and the odor in the initial extraction was rather unpleasant and couldn't be removed, explaining the reason why this reagent wasn't popular and remained dormant for years. But someone dissolved a fragrant plant's extraction into the reagent later on and solved this problem. That's how this reagent, known as Quivering Flower, became popular in the city. Yet, given the complex extraction process, its price is high. It's usually only used by the noblewomen in the city or those who got it as gifts from the nobility. Rumor has it that many of that gentleman's female companions have received this magical gift."
- "The government issued a ban today: the Society has decided to prohibit the sale and distribution of 'Quivering Flower' from the market from now on. At the same time, a list of Quivering Flower customers has been located. Various dignitaries and celebrities were found on the list, including the Golden Rose Theater's female lead - Madame Bella."
