Toxic Fragrance is a partially see-through blue perfume bottle with silver finishing wrapped around it. The cap is circular, and is connected to the rest of the bottle with a silver rim.

- It was released in the Event Store on the Chinese server after Maintenance on May 27th, 2021 and available until June 17th 2021.
- The fragrance mentioned implies that this is a bottle of liquid "Quivering Flower", the same drug that killed Bella Donna.
