A Trial Card is an item that allows the player to temporarily use a Character , a Costume or an Accessory from Memory Spheres, Guild Store or the Illusion Hall for a specified amount of days (usually 1, 3, or 7 days). Trial cards can be earned from events and daily check in.

This item is different from Unlock Cards, which allows the player to permanently obtain an emote, standby motion, or costume of choice for free.

Types[]

There are 2 types of trial cards for costumes:

  • B-Tier Costume trial cards (1, 3, or 7 days) - Blue outline, similar to B-Tier skin cards but, with a question in the center instead of a costume for a character. There is also a sign showing that it is a 3 day card.
  • A-Tier Costume trial cards (1, 3, or 7 days) - This card has a purple outline and a question mark similar to the B-Tier cards.

There is 1 type of trial card for accessories:

  • A-Tier Accessory trial cards (1 day) - It has a purple square icon with a question mark in the middle.

There are 3 types of trial cards for characters:

  • General Character trial cards (1, 3, or 7 days) - small square icon with a bronze outline and hook, the center image is of the spiral Muse Mark.
  • Hunter trial cards (1, 3 or 7 days) - small square icon with a bronze outline and hook, the center image is of a black silhouette of Hell Ember.
  • Survivor trial cards (1, 3, or 7 days) - small square icon with a bronze outline and hook, the center image is of a black silhouette Lucky Guy.

Using[]

  1. Go to the costume/accessory/character you want to try out from the notebook menu and select it.
  2. There will be a film clapperboard icon in the bottom right of the screen that will say "Trial." Clicking on that icon while the costume/emote/standby motion is selected will then give you the option to use your trial card.
  3. Click on which Trial Card type you want to use to confirm, and the trial period will immediately begin.

Dismantling Trial Cards[]

Trial Cards can be dismantled into fragments. There are 2 ways to dismantle:

  • Enter your character costume list in Appearance Decoration, and select a costume that is the same tier costume of the card you want to dismantle. Using the clapperboard icon on the bottom-right side of the screen, select a trial card, sort amounts of the same trial cards, then confirm you want to dismantle. You can also do this with character trial cards. Be careful not to accidentally dismantle an Unlock Card during this process.
  • Enter Item List in Notebook, select a trial card, click the dismantle icon, sort amounts of the same trial cards, then confirm you want to dismantle.
