Vermouth is a Limited A-Tier Costume for the Barmaid, Demi Bourbon. It was introduced during Season 19 as part of Case Closed Crossover Essence II.

Her physical appearance is changed to that of Vermouth, a likely older woman (real age unknown) with pale skin, long blonde hair, pale blue eyes and a sharp nose and jawline fitting the Detective Conan artstyle.
Outfit[]
She is wearing a black suit jacket with seemingly nothing underneath, a pencil skirt, high heels and purple stud earrings. Her nails are also painted purple.

She carries a simple metal bucket filled with ice, but it's rounder in shape and seems cleaner.

- The skin is based on Vermouth from the Detective Conan series.
- Similar to Ren Amamiya and JOKER, Vermouth's eyes keep the same type of stitching as Demi's.
- "Vermouth" is also a type of wine, fitting Demi's profession.
