Waterless Stream is a B-Tier Costume for Wu Chang, Xie Bi'an and Fan Wujiu. It was introduced during Season 3 as part of the 2nd Essence.

Physical[]
His physical appearance is largely the same as default, though the mark on his face only reaches his right eye rather than half his face and is more blue in color. His hair is mostly white, with only a few thin black streaks.
Outfit[]
The style of the costume is the same as default. However, the chest and shoulders have become much more intricate, with silver swirling cloud patterns on the pale blue shoulders and a bronze dragon on the chest. He wears a blue belt at the waist, the inner cuff is pale blue, and he has tall black socks all of which are decorated with silver.

His physical appearance is largely the same as default, though the mark on his face only reaches his left eye rather than most of his face and is more blue in color. His hair is mostly black, with only a few thin white streaks.

The style of the costume is the same as default. He wears a black belt at the waist, the inner cuff is white, and he has tall black socks all of which are decorated with silver.
